WHAT IS PRIDE DISABILITY?
How We Help
We are a Community Support Group which started in August 2018, with the aim to help develop skills and confidence of adults and people with disabilities. We advocate as well as drive for the inclusion of disabled people in the community and employment sector
Our members provide the place and space for personal growth, self-reflection, learning, and bonding. We invite you to find out more information and hope you will join us.

PHYSICAL & MENTAL WELLNESS PROGRAMS
A Great Option to recharge and build your network
Our wellness programs provide the kind of comprehensive support you seek as you navigate your day-to-day challenges. Our Physical and Mental Health Support Group wants you to feel comfortable and at ease, so join us our various activities from walks in the park and hiking the mountains.
VIRTUAL MEETING FORUMS
Get a Brew and lets Sip 'n' Chat
Our Virtual Forums are a great option for all kinds of individuals, but it all depends on what you’re comfortable with. Our only goal at Pride Disability is to make you feel safe, supported without discrimination, so don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.

LEARNING TO COPE
Everyone can feel stressed, overwhelmed, lonely and withdrawn. It can be easy to ignore this until you can no longer cope. The sooner you share how you feel, the better. we will always be there for you.

Whether you're feeling it's a bit 'too much' or just need someone to talk to. Always remember its ok to take time out and recharge your batteries. Pride Disability offers a place to talk without fear or judgement.
THE IMPORTANCE OF HUMAN CONNECTION
Being human and looking after each other is what makes us all special. Sign up to be a volunteer to help those is serious need. This could be helping with food donations, delivering of supplies and medical prescriptions. Helping others also helps improve your mood.
